Paula Graller, Telecommunications Manager, has signed Affidavits about Kirkland & Ellis' Telecommunications Group and Tammi's cell phone interception in support of Kirkland's Motions to Quash Third Party Subpoenas.
Kirkland & Ellis filed Motions to Quash Third Party Subpoenas in an attempt to thwart Plaintiffs from obtaining monthly calling records and the all-important AT&T Automated Message Accounting records which show network switching of calls and all carriers involved.
No telephone carrier filed any Motion to Quash Third Party Subpoenas served on them. No individuals whose phone records were subpoenaed filed any Motion to Quash Third Party Subpoenas.
Based on Kirkland's Motion and Paula Graller's Affidavits, Judge Pallmeyer required Plaintiff Bowden to file a Supplemental Submission Based on the Feasibility of Cellular Telephone Interception - See Documents Highlighted in Purple Font.
