• Tammi Bowden filed federal EEOC charges against Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

• THE TECHNOLOGICAL NIGHTMARE STARTED IN SEPTEMBER 2005\:  AT&T Automated Message Accounting Records revealed that beginning in September 2005, calls made by Bowden to Gagen's AT&T Home Landline had added data fields for "720 Calls."  See Daubert Motion for more information.

• THE TECHNOLOGICAL NIGHTMARE ACCELERATED.  All of Bowden's phone calls were illegally intercepted when she was at her assigned workstation starting on October 17, 2005 until March 14, 2006.  Thereafter, intermittent interception occurred through July 31, 2006.

• THE TECHNOLOGICAL NIGHTMARE HAS BEEN REPORTED to the Chicago FBI Office.  Case Evidence Has Been Turned Over to the FBI.

TAMMI BOWDEN'S
PRIVATE CELL PHONE

• Tammi's Cingular Bills did not show any cell phone usage when she was at her assigned workstation. 
• One of Tammi's callers reviewed her phone bills and notified Tammi that all the calls placed to Tammi's cell phone showed her Kirkland & Ellis desk phone number.
• Tammi quickly reviewed all her Cingular bills and discovered that Kirkland had intercepted all incoming/outgoing cell phone calls.  Her Cingular bill was a ghost town when she used her phone at her workstation.

Interception Details:

• When Tammi was working at her assigned workstation, she received calls from family members and friends who dialed her cell phone number.  The cell phone rang, and the handset worked normally for speaking and listening. 

• However, an INTERCEPTION DEVICE was installed in Tammi's work area.  The personal cell phone signal was diverted from the Cingular Wireless network and moved into Kirkland's phone system.

• When Tammi made outgoing calls, her callers saw her cell phone Caller I.D. and could not detect interception.  See CALLER I.D. SPOOFING webpage on this website for details.

• The FBI was notified in July 2006 when the interception was discovered.
• NEW EVIDENCE IS BEING SENT TO THE FBI VERY SOON.
